A cosy, recurring music party in Lisbon where musicians and music lovers of all kinds drift in on the first Friday of every month to play, listen, and connect.

The space

A cosy basement
studio in Entrecampos

The party takes place at Olyssipians — an upcoming basement studio in the heart of Entrecampos, Lisbon. Acoustically treated, full of instruments, warm lighting, and that particular atmosphere that makes music feel easy.


There's a piano, guitars, a proper mixing desk, and room to plug in or play acoustic. Wine and juice are provided. Bring a snack to share if you're feeling it.

The format

People drift in,
music happens.

There's no set programme. The evening flows however it flows — informal jams, moments of pure listening, collaborative improvisation, people meeting for the first time and playing together beautifully.


Some people play for most of the night. Others come to listen. Some show up with one song and stay until midnight. All of it is welcome.


It ends, typically, with a group of people wondering where the time went — and often moving on to the pub together after.

I started this because I wanted a space in Lisbon that didn't exist yet.

I'm a music therapist (MA) and lifelong musician. I know from my training — and from years of facilitating groups — that the quality of a musical gathering depends almost entirely on how safe people feel to show up.


My job at these parties is mostly invisible: making sure the room has the right atmosphere, that quieter people get a turn, that nobody feels left out, and that when music happens it feels free. I facilitate with ease and patience.


I also play piano. Sometimes I'll start something and see who joins in. Sometimes I just listen.

The spirit of it

Warm, unpretentious,
genuinely fun.

No stage, no audition

You don't perform at this party — you participate. Come as you are, play what you can, and enjoy what everyone else brings.

All styles, all people

Classical, folk, jazz, world music, experimental — all welcome. Professional musicians, hobbyists, and curious listeners play side by side.

A real community

People come back month after month. Friendships form. Collaborations start. You build something real with the people you play with over time.
